Zoom Webinar with Break Out Sessions

Please join our webinar to hear from panelists from each of the IFMA Florida chapters for an exciting update around the state on how organizations in their regions are performing post-Covid-19. Then get ready to engage with each other as we divide you into “Zoom Break Out Rooms” for some small group networking.

Please note that the link to the Zoom webinar will be sent separately via e-mail one day prior to the event.

In order to have the best possible experience and participate in our break out rooms, Zoom requires that you log into our webinar from a single device.  Please “enable” your video and audio, so that you can participate in the break out sessions and engage with others.

Our very own Jim Bennett will be among the panelists

Jim Bennett is the Facilities Operations Manager for the corporate offices of Raymond James Financial, located in St. Petersburg, FL of which he has 28 years tenure. Raymond James headquarters is home to 8 buildings, including several tenant occupied areas and the Raymond James Bank. Combined, the property encompasses 1.5 million square feet of real estate space spanning 88 acres.

During the pandemic, Jim collaborated and led strategic conversations with executive leadership, critical vendors, and his maintenance team pertaining to COVID19 measures on campus. These measures were not limited to HVAC enhancements, social distancing signage, seating arrangements both indoors and outdoors, preventative disinfecting procedures, as well as, the critical response plan for positive COVID19 cases on campus. Post March 2020, Jim continues to manage onsite with the entirety of his maintenance team in conserving acute building functions, overseeing vendor-related projects on property, and evolving with the business needs of Raymond James Financial as the approach to COVID19 continues to develop.

Jim has been a member of the Suncoast Chapter of IFMA since 2015.
