Come prepared to share best practices and lessons learned from Hurricane Irma in a 2-3 minute summary in a round table discussion.

With Irma bearing down on Florida, the models that first showed Tampa Bay to be lightly impacted changed dramatically as the storm advanced. Preparations for a Category 1 hurricane escalated to a potential Cat 4 right before landfall.  Were you prepared for the shift?

Facility Managers- were you able to access the resources that you needed in the last hours as panic ensued? What would you do differently in a similar situation in the future?  What worked best in your plan?

Associates- How did you step up to the meet the needs of your customers? Were you able to fill a need that another vendor could not?
